• Wednesday afternoon activities for children and youth do not occur when Mason Public Schools are on break or when school is canceled due to inclement weather. Activities do still occur on early release days.

• Please do not come if you are suffering from a contagious illness, and please do not allow your child or youth to attend if he or she is suffering from a contagious illness. Our Wednesday activities are multi-generational events, and it is vitally important that we safeguard the health of all who participate.

• For every minor child attending Wednesday programs (including regular visitors), a medical and picture release form must be signed. Signed release forms from previous years are permissible, if the information on the form has not changed (other than the child's grade). Families with more than one child must complete one form for each child. These forms are necessary for the safety and well-being of the children, especially in the event of an emergency.

• Wednesday night dinner is offered to all. Monetary donations help provide these meals at a low cost, and support various programs in the church through the Women's Association [Kacey - hyperlink to Women's Association, please]. Please consider giving $3.00 per person, and more if you are able, to help sustain this ongoing time of fellowship. Dishes to pass are always welcome.
